Janitorial Services - DRDC

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of all labour, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide Janitorial Service atDefence Research and Development Canada, Atlantic Reasearch Cetre, Building DA1-Main Building, DA2, DA4, DA11, DA12 and DA17,Dartmouth, NS.

There are available floor plans for the additional buildings. These floorplans can be obtained by contacting the contracting authority via email or fax a

This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains MANDATORY requirements at solicitation closing date ( See PART 4-EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION of RFP).

1.0 Mandatory Contractor's Experience and Past Performance
To be considered responsive, a bid must meet all of the following mandatory evaluation criteria. Bids not meeting all of the mandatory requirements will be given no further consideration.

The bidder must provide evidence of its experience and past performance by

referencing three (3) projects or contracts satisfactorily rendered for

a minimum of two (2) consecutive years within thepastfive (5) years (dating back to January 1, 2010), wherein the range of janitorial services provided are comparable to those described in this Request for Prop

osal (RFP).

A space that is a minimum of 50% of the size (7,395 m².)

2.0 The biddermust hold a valid organization security clearance on or before bid closing.

Period of this Services contract will be six (6) months initial period plus six, 3 month option periods, if required.
