Suppliers for Stream one (1) Internal Audit against Professional
Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004F)
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
To conduct an independent review of the steps taken up to June
2012 in the acquisition process for the replacement of the
Department of National Defence's CF-18 fleet.
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From contract award to April 30, 2013
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
A combination of mandatory and point-rated criteria with minimum
pass mark. The basis of selection is Highest Combined Rating of
Technical Merit (60%) and price (40%).

Level of information: Protected B, Confidential, Secret
Document Safeguarding at Contractor Site: Secret
Facility Security Clearance: Secret
Personnel security level: Secret

This request for proposal will close on November 21, 2012
COMMENTS:
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly
from the Contracting Authority, to the qualified PASS Supply
Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this
requirement and who meet the security requirement of the RFP now
or will meet the security requirements prior to Contract Award.
A Bidders conference is scheduled for October 31, 2012, to
ensure a clear understanding of the requirement and to answer
Bidder's questions. Bidders are encouraged to submit their
questions or concerns prior to the bidder's conference.
Pre-qualified suppliers who already meet the security
requirement or will meet the security requirement prior to
contract award are requested to confirm their attendance at the
Bidders conference with the Contracting Authority before October
30, 2012 by noon.
