Full description

The consultant to the Company will develop a social equity strategy for the Company’s real estate development projects in the National Capital Region. The goal of the social equity strategy is to develop a strategic roadmap that will embed social equity and inclusion across all facets of our real estate development projects. It is anticipated that the work will include the following:

  • Preliminary review of the Company’s existing projects in the NCR;
  • Definition and analysis of social equity or community benefits that can be offered on our large-scale real estate development projects;
  • Development of a social equity strategy and implementation roadmap for the NCR;
  • Support the project team and work with external consultants throughout and as required support project engagement efforts; and
  • Consultant support on an as-needed basis.
