Location of work to be performed:
The Contractor may be required to travel outside of the National Capital Region or outside of Canada. The Contractor may be required to accompany the Project Authority or their designated representatives on visits to other contractor facilities, DND Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) engineering units, CAF bases and wings, and/orforeign military facilities.
Security Requirement:

1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer/Supply Arrangement, holda valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
3. The Contractor/Offeror MUST NOT remove any PROTECTED information or assets from the identified work site(s), and the Contractor/Offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction.
4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
5. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
a. Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C;
b. Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

The Fixed-Wing Search and Rescue Aircraft Replacement Project (FWSAR) of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to engage an experienced contractor to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as well as conduct an Integrated Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis.
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy therequirement of FWSAR for one Solution Based Professional Services contract from contract award to January 31, 2018, with four (4) optional periods of twelve (12) months and one (1) optional transition period of one (1) month.
