IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
This solicitation is part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s pilot to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect by Canada Post Corporation. Interested bidders must refer to Part 2 of the bid solicitation entitled Bidder Instructions for further information.
1.2.1 For the provision of an ?On-Site? Mobile Shredding Service for documents, media and other items as listed herein and using the recommended process, for the Department of National Defence including the British Army Training Unit (BATUS) at Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta on a regular scheduled monthly service timings for ?on-site? destruction of acceptable material and ?as and when? required basis. The period of the contract is from date of award for a one year period and three one year option periods.
1.2.2 There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
