For the provision of on-site Shredding Services for Veterans
Affairs Canada.
The purpose of the requirement is for the provision of on-site
services in the secure destruction of designated documents on a
biweekly basis for Veterans Affairs Canada, Charlottetown, PE.
The Contractor must provide the required number of security bins
in each building in the Charlottetown (PE) area. These bins
must be keyed alike with the key provided to Veterans Affairs
Canada, Security Department.
The period of the contract wll be one year with an additional 5
one-year options periods.
This requirement contains a security requirement.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both offical languages.
Delivery Date: 01/09/2013
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
