REQUIREMENT:
The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Lacombe Research and Development Centre requires a Contractor to provide Snow Removal Services for nine parking lots and many roadways at the Lacombe Research and Development Centre. The Contractor shall provide the equipment and operators to clear and remove snow; and sand for ice control on roads and parking lots at 6000 C and E Trail, Lacombe, Alberta.
A detailed description of the services can be found in the RFQ documents, Appendix B, Statement of Work. Canada intends to complete the review of submissions received and award a Contract as soon as possible after bid closing. The Contract shall be for Five (5) years from Date of Contract Award.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
There will be a mandatory site visit at 11:00 a.m. on October 14, 2020. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.
