Service to be Performed

Supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision required to carry out snow clearing services at the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site of Canada on an as required & lump sum per month basis. All work is to be carried out in accordance with these specifications. The Offeror is to recognize that the actual number of hours required to perform this contract will depend on the weather conditions. This is a performance specification with as requested call-ins. However, if deficiencies are noted we will contact the contractor and require prompt remedy.

The contract will be in place commencing from November 15 2015 for a period of of one year with the option to extend for a further three one year periods.

Optional Site Meeting

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled for September 3, 2015 at 9:00am(ADT) Interested bidders are asked to meet at the Halifax Citadel back parking lot. A PCA Departmental Representative will conduct the site visit and to answer any questions interested bidders may have. This job showing is optional.
