The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking tenders from experienced Contractors to provide snow removal and ice control services throughout the Residential and Agricultural Portfolio. The services required under this offer is for approximately 25 properties situated in the Greenbelt and Gatineau Park.
The contract is for a period of approximately 3 years from January 1, 2017 to April 30, 2019.
To be considered, your tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on November 25, 2016 at the National Capital Commission, 2nd Floor Security Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NR76. Tenders can be faxed at fax number 613-239-5012 only. Email or late submissions will not be accepted.

All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.
Note that amounts quoted in this Tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
