Amendment 005:
Is being raised to update the RFP terms and Annex B - Basis of Payment. The title, description and objective of this Notice on Buy and Sell is also updated to reflect the recent changes made to the Statement of Work.
Amendment 004:
Is being raised to change the solicitation closing date from 2016-02-04 (02:00 PM EST) to 2016-02-11 (02:00 PM EST) and amend the Appendix A and B provided in Amendment 003 to provide the missing information. There will be one more update to the RFP termsto reflect therecent changes in another amendment.

Title: AIS Data Services
Description:
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) located in St-Hubert, (Quebec), is seeking bids to provide AIS Data Services.
Object:
The object of this solicitation is to provide the requirements for AIS Data Services for near-real-time monitoring of Canadian and global maritime traffic that can also be queried for historical tracking purposes. These services will support the operational needs of numerous government departments, as well as Research and Development (R&D) activities.
Period of contract
From the date of issue to March 31, 2017 with 2 options of 1 year each.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003.
Former public Servant
