Request a regional individual standing offer for the provision
of customized training of students in applied mathematics,
physics and chemistry on an as and when requested basis for the
Department of National Defence at Canadian Forces School of
Military Engineering (CFSME), Oromocto, New Brunswick for the
period from 01 April 2014, or date of issuance of the Standing
Offer, to 31 March 2017, with the option to extend for up to two
additional one year periods.
A minimum of 2 instructors are required during September -
October and January-February. If the Offeror does not propose a
minimum of 2 instructors a the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO)
closing date, the offer will be declared non-responsive.
Also, to be declared responsive, an offer must comply with all
the requirements of the RFSO; meet all mandatory technical
evaluation criteria; and obtain the required minimum overall of
the points for the technical evaluation criteria which are
subject to point rating. Details are listed in Annex D of the
RFSO.
