Training Services for IM/IT Oceans Protection Plan (OPP) and Solutions Centre of Transport Canada employees. The Department needs to adopt a new more modern practices in order to address the increasing demands for both project and maintenance activities.
The objective is to obtain commercially available off-site, professional instructor-led training in the Agile/SCRUM framework for Transport Canada. This training will ensure employees are all operating with the same understanding and knowledge in order to successfully introduce Agile/SCRUM practices at Transport Canada.
This requirement is for the delivery of Agile/SCRUM and complementary training courses. The training institution shall provide all necessary plans, resources and materials to conduct Agile/SCRUM training including audio visual support during the training sessions. The courses must be offered in both classroom and virtual format during weekdays so that employees can participate in training from home, office, or the training institution facilities.
