"THERE IS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT IN THIS DOCUMENT"

This RFP is to select a construction management firm to serve as
general contractor and advisor for the Lab Block building
exterior envelope replacement for the Lethbridge Research
Centre, 5403 - 1st Ave. South, Lethbridge, Alberta. The
contract will commence at Contract Award and extend to December
31, 2017 plus warranty periods. The main scope of services may
include but is not limited to the following:

1. Interim Accommodations
2. Exterior Envelope Replacement, Lab Block, part of Building
102
3. Site Improvements, Building 102

Construction activity planning (including subdivision of project
scope into appropriate packages of work), scheduling, cost
estimating, tendering packages of work, risk management, serving
as prime and general contractor and related work.

The construction manager will competitively hire and coordinate
the efforts of all construction personnel, general contractor,
sub-contractors as needed to complete the Work. The
construction manager will be responsible to and liaison with
PWGSC.

NOTICE: Optional Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on 17 April 2014 at 10:30 AM.
