PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award Date to March 31, 2022, with an irrevocable option to extend the contract period by 7 additional two-year periods under the same terms and conditions.

2. This requirement’s tendering approach is selective and involves the use of the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) E60ZT-18TSPS Tier 2 (= >$3.75M) pre-qualified supplier's list. As such, and as per the Supply Arrangement (SA), a SA Holders may not submit a proposal in response to an RFP unless they have been invited to do so. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to extend this invitation to more companies as the SA Holders must be selected prior to the publication of the bid solicitation.
