The objective of this requirement is to engage the services of a cost/time/risk management strategic advisory team to develop, implement, and administer the master cost plan, master schedule and master risk management plan which will be used to inform decisions in support of the Centre Block (CB) Rehabilitation Project.
In order to make an informed decision, Canada wishes to consult with industry on this approach.
Industryis requested to respond to the attached RFI no later than August 8, 2016.
