Facility Management Services, Alberta

The provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to carry out the duties
of a Facility Manager for the Department of National Defence
(DND) at Building 789 which is described as the Mission Training
Center at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada Chile Free Trade Agreement
(CCFTA) and the Canada Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for two (2)
years inclusive.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on January
29, 2013 at 1:00PM at Building 785, Military Police building at
4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta. Bidders must communicate with the
Contracting Authority no later than five (5) day(s) before the
scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of
the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend as required will not be allowed access to the site.
Bidders must provide their Drivers License Number when
confirming their attendance so that an access pass can be
processed. Bidders must bring photo identification to the site
visit or they will be refused acccess to the site. Bidders will
be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not
attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a
bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
to the bid solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
