To provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and
supervision necessary to provide delivery services for Health
Canada, Thompson, Manitoba. Various Health Canada Nursing
Stations ship coolers containing lab specimens to Thompson
General Hospital for processing. A local delivery service is
required to transport the coolers to and from Thompson Airport
and Bus Depot to Thompson General Hospital. The period of the
Contract is from 01 October 2012 to 30 September 2014 inclusive,
with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the
Contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
onInternal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
