To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform complete pest control services in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery Date:
The period of the Contract is from Contract Award for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
Mandatory Site Visit:
The date, time and location of the site visit is provided in the solicitation.
Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
