CMHC wishes to enter into a potential contract with service provider(s) to undertake and provide General Contractor Construction and Construction Management services on an “as-and-when required” basis for commercial buildings managed by CMHC on Granville Island.
The term of the potential resulting contract will be for a period of 2 years with the potential for 1, 2-year renewal options at CMHC’s discretion.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFQ document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 PM EDT, on August 2, 2017.
