To supply Janitorial Services, Snow and Ice Removal Services,
Carpet Cleaning and Outdoor Grounds Maintenance for the Port of
West Poplar River, SK as detailed in Annex "A", Statement of
Work, for the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) "as and when
requested", during the period of the Contract, from issuance of
the contract to 31 August 2014 with the option to extend for two
(2) additional one (1) year option years.

Complete specifications are included in the Request for Proposal
document.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, a Consent
to a Criminal Record Verification form, must be submitted with
the proposal, by Request for Proposal closing date, for each
individual who is currently on the Offeror's Board of Directors.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
