Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Beaverlodge Research Farm requires Janitorial Services for an approximate area of 3,700 m2 which includes the Main Facility and numerous outer buildings.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) Packages for bidding are available from a••••••••@•••.••.ca or by calling (306) 523-6544. Packages will not be sent electronically.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE RFQ DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

There will be a mandatory site visit at on January 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company do not attend the site visit

Written questions must be submitted to a••••••••@•••.••.ca on or before 2:00 p.m., local Regina time on February 6, 2014.

Sealed Submissions will be received by AAFC, 300 - 2010 12th Avenue, REGINA SK S4P OM3 until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, February 20, 2014. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
