To provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and daily site supervision necessary to provide janitorial services in accordance with the Request for Proposal and Annex “A” - Janitorial Services, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), White Butte Detachment, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, during the period of the contract.
The period of the Contract is for twenty-four (24) months with an irrevocable option to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods.
The White Butte Detachment consists of two levels, a main floor and basement. The basement is approximately 167 m2 in size and contains male and female washrooms, complete with 2 toilets and a single shower in each (plus one urinal in the men’s washroom), an exercise area, janitors closet, storage room and stairwells. The main floor is approximately 569.56 m2 in size and consists of two general offices, six smaller offices, multipurpose room, two interview rooms, front entrance, janitor’s closet, four single person washrooms, and two stairwells/landings. The cell block contains five cells, and interview room, two garage bays, guard area, janitor’s closet and washroom.
