Request for proposal to building cleaning and maintenance
services for Correctional Services Canada, Donnacona
Institution, Donnacona, Quebec as per the statement of work.

Contract period is one (1) year with three (3) optional years.

It is MANDATORY that the bidder or a representative visit the
work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be
held on February 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. as the Correctional
Service, Donnacona Institute, 1537 Route 138, Donnacona, Quebec.

Anyone who wishes to attend the site visit is subject to a prior
security check. The supplier must complete form CSC/SCC 1279
"Institutional Access CPIC Clearance Request" and fax it to
Mrs Marie-France Noël at 418-285-5566, at least five (5) days
before the date set for the visit.

The original of the form must be mailed to the following address
at the same time: Correctional Service of Canada, 1537 Route
138, Donnacona, Quebec, G3M 1C9 C/O Mrs Marie-France Noël.

This procurement is subject to security requirements.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100,000.00
and $500,000.00 with GST for four (4) years

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX service
provider. Addenda, when issued will be available from the MERX
service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the
tender calling authority of their intention to bid.

This PWGSC office provides acquisition services to the public in
both official languagues.
