The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the furnishing of all labour, supervision, tools, cleaning
material and equipment required to provide Janitorial Services
for routine daily cleaning at Moncton and Sussex Armouries, New
Brunswick. All work is to be completed in accordance with the
Specification Number L-M186-9900/86 forming part of the bid
document. The Service Contract is required for the period of
April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 with an option to extend for two
additional one year periods.

There will be an optional site visit on February 6, 2014 at 9:30
hours. All interested bidders are to meet at Building #1,
Moncton Armoury, Moncton, New Brunswick. Although not
mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this
work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all
aspects of the work.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $250,001 to $500,000 (HST extra). Bid and contract
security are required for this tender.
