Janitorial Services - Port of Woodstock, N. B.

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the
provision of janitorial services for the Woodstock Customs
Border Services Port, including booths, the commercial
warehouse, secondary garage, traffic building, Nexus center at
the Port of Woodsock located in Belleville, New Brunswick.
Cleaning services are to be carried out daily Monday to Sunday
seven days a week including holidays between the hours of 06:00
and 10:00. All work is to be completed in accordance with the
Statement of Work forming part of the bid document. The Service
Contract is from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 with and options
to renew for one additional one year periods.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $100,001 to $250,000. Bid security is not a
requirement for this tender.
