The Department of National Defence requires the provision of all
materials/supplies, equipment, labour and supervision necessary
to perform janitorial duties as detailed herein during the
period of the contract from 01 June 2012 to 31 May 2013.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend
the term of the Contract by
two (2) periods of one (1) year each, from from 01 June 2013 to
31 May 2014 and from 01
June 2014 to 31 May 2015 under the same terms and conditions.

This document contains a security requirement.

There will be a optional site visit for this requirement on 02
May 2012 at 1:30 pm.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
