THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Request for a Standing Offer for the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by The Department of National Defence in the form of
call ups for the provision of interior and exterior painting and
repairing of living quarters, Base buildings at CFB Suffield and
Ralston, AB. Services are to be provided on an "as required"
basis. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a
standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of
four (4) years from date of Standing Offer issuance.

Debriefing:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include
an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful,
making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality
of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
