The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labour, supervision,
transportation, material, tools and
equipment to carry out this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) of
maintenance, minor repairs and/or
installations of plumbing services and provide the services as
described throughout this specification.

Work sites for this Standing Offer Agreement is the Halifax
Metro area including but not limited to the
following:

1. Bedford Institute of Oceanography - Dartmouth
2. Traffic Centre - Shannon Hill - Dartmouth
3. Coast Guard Hanger - Shearwater

The period of the Standing Offer will be from Award for one (1)
year with the option to extend its offer for Two (2) additional
one-year periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
