To supply all materials, equipment, labor and supervision
necessary to perform regular and preventative maintenance in
Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) lab complex of
approximately 25K square meters and at our remote farm site of
approximately 10K square meters on the following equipment:
sinks, toilets, taps, specialized drains for laboratory use,
back flow prevention water valves, sump pumps, glycol systems,
drinking fountains, radioactive waste, bio-waste/biohazard
systems and tanks, reverse osmosis (R.O.) water systems, swamp
style cooling for greenhouse operations. The list of equipment
is "general" only and does not specify all equipment. It is to
be used as a guide to the complexity of the building and its
equipment.

STANDING OFFER.
It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued a STANDING OFFER.
The STANDING OFFER will be issued for an initial term of one (1)
year, with two (2) 1-year options to extend the Standing Offer,
for additional consecutive 12 month periods.
This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements.
