Description of Work:
The objective of this contract is to facilitate the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade Development’s (DFATD) digital journey to achieve its vision, covering such topics as project prioritization, agile program and product management, and business process transformation by providing:
:
1. A secure accessible online platform specialized in unbiased intellectual property in IT
2. A subscription for independent, 24/7 access to deep research, tools, and advice for DFATD management (up to the DG level).
3. In-person support at the ADM and DG level.
4. DFATD relevant workshops in person and/or online to support the department’s initiatives as requested
