The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of qualified Executive Search Firm(s) with demonstrated competence and experience in the provision of a full range of executive (Executive Directors, Directors, Chiefs ) search and assessment services to aid in the recruitment of executive roles on an “as requested basis” at the NCC.
The model will include but not be limited to:
Contacts – provision of prospective candidates from external sources
External advertising of opportunity(ies), if required
Candidate profiles
Screening, assessment and short listing of candidatesProof that candidates meet all of the job requirements
Interviewing – specific roles
Reference checksThe NCC intends to establish a minimum of two (2) Standing Offer Agreements.
DURATION: The duration of the term will be for a period of two (2) years from date of award.
