Refrigeration Services, AAFC, Saskatoon Research and Development Centre

Agriculture and Agri Food Canada’s Saskatoon Research and Development Centre at 107 Science Place, Saskatoon, SK, requires refrigeration services for; refrigeration inspection, maintenance and repair services of various building systems and stand-alone refrigeration units. and services on an “as and when requested ” basis.

This bid solicitation is to establish a contract with task authorizations (TA) for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the bid solicitation to the Identified Users.

The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2024.

Security Requirements
There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by AAFC.
Optional Site Visit Information
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on October 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST (Local Saskatoon Time).

Mandatory Technical Requirements
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
