Nature of Requirements:
Flooring Replacement Services, Hay River, Northwest Territories
A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of
skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation,
supervision and material as requested by Public Works and
Government Services Canada in the form of call ups for Flooring
Replacement Services in various Crown Housing Units in Hay
River, Northwest Territories. Services are to be provided on an
"as and when requested basis". It is anticipated that only 1
firm will be issued a standing offer.
The period of Standing Offer shall be for a period of three (3)
years from date of Standing Offer issuance. The total
expenditure over the three (3) year period is estimated at
$141,750.00 (GST included).

THROUGH MERX DISTRIBUTION.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
