Nature of Requirements:
General Office Furniture Repairs
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires a
Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for general office
repair services on an as and when requested basis. Services
include repair and adjustment work on office furniture, small
moves as well as locksmith services at various locations across
the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The contract period will be from 1 November 2012 - 31 October
2014 with one (1) option year.

technical requirements.
Estimated Expenditure
The estimated expenditure under the Regional Individual Standing
Offer resulting from this Solicitation is $28,250.00 HST
included, for the initial two-year period.
Security Requirements
The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the
Contract, hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial
Security Directorate (CISD), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work
site(s) must EACH hold a valid
RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be
awarded without the prior written
permission of CISD/PWGSC.
There are multiple Certifications required by bid solicitation
closing for this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
