The Compensation Sector – Pay (CS-Pay) from PWGSC has a need to refresh components of its organizational structure. This
includes both organizational design and writing/updating work descriptions in light of the organization’s role within the
Government of Canada (GC), current/future business requirements, and the upcoming Program and Administration (PA)
