The Department of National Defence (DND), requires the provision
of Catering services on various weekends from June through
September 2012 in Athabasca, Alberta.

The Contractor must have the capability to provide Catering
services, including snacks and Meal Rations (breakfast, lunch,
supper) for approximately 52 people.

The period of the Contract is one (1) year from date of
Contract, with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend
the contract for an additional one (1) consecutive twelve (12)
month periods.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
