**PLEASE READ ALL AMENDMENTS**

Citizenship and Immigration Canada has a requirement for editing services including translation of revisions and quality control services for reports to Parliament.
The period of the contract is for one year, from date of contract award to March 31, 2015, with four optional periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
