To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform complete Locksmith Services at various locations on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), Winnipeg,
Manitoba on an ?as and when? requested basis. The period of the Standing Offer is 2 years from date of issuance of the Standing Offer Agreement (approximately April 1 2016) with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Standing Offer Agreement for a period of 3 additional consecutive 12 month periods.
