Audio Services for NCC Events - Ottawa-Gatineau
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of contractors to provide on an ‘as and when requested bases’ sound equipment and technical personnel for NCC events. Contractors will have significant experience in the production of outdoor events and shows in the provision of and all technical equipment requirements described in the terms of reference
A maximum of two Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) may be awarded as a result of this request for proposals. The resulting SOA(s) will be for a period of three (3) years from the date of award.
To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on June 5, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NG192. Faxed, email or late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals may be submitted in French or in English.
