Structural & High Pressure Welding Services, Cold Lake, AB
Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by the Department of National Defence, WCE Contracts,
4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta in the form of call ups to
carry out structural and pressure welding services on an "as and
when requested". It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be
issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a
term of two (2) years from date of issuance. The total
expenditures over the term is estimated at $441,000.00 (GST/HST
included).

Debriefing:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include
an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful,
making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality
of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
