Description of Work:
The objective of the Financial Systems Renewal Support Services is to provide support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and executives responsible for the management of the Department’s financial processes and applications, in an effort to identify and evaluate options; conduct a detailed gap-analyses and establish a roadmap to renew current systems in alignment with Government of Canada standards and directions.
This includes analysis of options to select a new suite of financial applications, develop a business case, and develop a roadmap to replace the current suite of financial systems. Due to the scope and complexity of the initiative, augmented professional support is required. To meet this need, multiple resource categories will be required over the period of the contract.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
