The TBIPS SA EN578-055605 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.
Description of the requirement:
The Information Systems Branch (ISB) of Agriculture and Agri-food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for the provision of Management Information System (MIS) Application Support services required to support the Farm Income Programs Directorate (FIPD). The is for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS), under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) in the Western Region, for work to be conducted on-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
AAFC requires Informatics Professional Services of the following categories of personnel:
Resource Categories
A.6 Programmer/Software Developer - Level 2
I.10 Technical Architect- Level 2
I.5 IM Architect- Level 2
B.1. Business Analyst- Level 2
A.11. Tester- Level 2
The Contractor will provide the services on an ?as and when requested? basis. All requirements will be authorized through Task Authorizations issued in accordance with the Contract.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
