For the purposes of this procurement, Canada is acting as AGENT
for the British Army Training Unit Suffield.

Requirement:
For the provision of Helicopter Support Services for the
British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS) , Canadian Forces
Base Suffield at Ralston, Alberta. These services will include
training exercises for BATUS, and movement of personnel and
equipment..

Period of Contract: One year from Contract award, with the
option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods.

Restrictions:

1. The contractor must have an Air Operator Certificate issued
by Transport Canada and a valid domestic license (if
applicable) issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency.

2. The contractor's proposed pilots must have an Airline
Transport Pilot license (ATPL) issued by Transport
Canada or recognized equivalent certificate

Please note that additional restrictions and mandatory
requirements are listed in full detail in the solicitation
document.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to
the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be
precluded from submitting a bid.
