This requirement is for the Department of National Defence
(DND).

DND has a requirement for the following streams of categories:

Workstream 1 - Land Command Support System Life Extension
Project;
Workstream 2 - Combat Net Radio Enhancement Project; and
Workstream 3 - Directorate Land Command Systems Program
Management 3 Project

The requirement for Workstream 1 - Land Command Support System
Life Extension Project, is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the National
Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs for the
following categories:

Resource Category, Level of Expertise, Estimated Number of
Resources Required

P.1 Change Management Consultant, Level 3, 1
A.8 System Analyst, Level 3, 3
P.7 Project Coordinator, Level 3, 1

The requirement for Workstream 3 - Directorate Land Command
Systems Program Management 3 Project, is open only to those
Supply Arrangement Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier
2 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series
of SAs for the following categories:

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires on-site
technical support services for the Land Command Support System
(LCSS) at Directorate Land Command Systems Program Management
(DLCSPM) facilities. The requirement is divided into three
Workstreams. It is anticipated that one contract for each
Workstream will be awarded to meet this requirement.

Number and proposed period of contract(s):

Bidders mayt submit bids for one, two, or all three Workstreams.
Each Workstream will be evaluated separately. It is intended to
result in the award of up to one contract for each Workstream,
with each contract permitting the issuance of Task
Authorizations from only one Workstream. Each contract will be
from contract award to March 31st, 2016 plus three one-year
irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the
contract.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #21 applies
