Description of Work:
The Acquisitions Program Transformation (APT) Sector has a requirement for the provision of informatics professional services on an ?as when requested? basis. The Work will be to support the Governmentof Canada (GC) in the developmentof the deliverables that the GC must as part of its commitments, including validation of deliverables received from the EPS Contractor, and assisting in tasks and deliverables that are outside the scope of the EPS Contractor.
The Contractor must provide skilled resources, on an as-and-when required basis, to provide a range of review, assessment and advisory services in support of various APT programs and other business related activities (collectively referred to asProjects) managedby the Acquisitions Branch (AB) in carrying out its mandate. The Contractor must provide, through TAs, resources with the appropriate skill sets and experiences for the actual requirement in addition to the qualification requirements for each category.
Resources will only be assessed after contract award once specific tasks are requested of the Contractor.
The Contractor must completeand submit the deliverables, as defined in each TA.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
a) The Work to be performed under theContract is to support the Government of Canada (GC) in the development of the deliverables that the GC must prepare as part of its commitments, including validation of deliverables received from the EPS contractor, and assist in tasks and deliverables that are outside the scope of the EPS contractor.
b) The Contractor agrees that, in order to avoid any conflict of interest or appearance of conflict of interest, the Contractor, its subcontractors and their respective employees involved inthe Work, will not be eligible to bid, either as prime contractor or subcontractor, on any requirement resulting from or related to the Work performed under the Contract, including, without limitation, the APT projects listed below:
(i) Acquisitions Program e-Procurement Solution EN578-131350; and
(ii) Other APT Projects identified by the Project Authority where the Work performed by the Contractor may result in a conflict of interest or appearance of conflict of interest.
