Aftercare Psychological Services for Offenders at North Bay, Kingston and Peterborough Area Parole Office

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, North Bay, Kingston, Peterborough and Area Parole Office

Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement.

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Suppliers may bid on one or all contracts or any combination thereof.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business:

This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide aftercare psychological services to federal parolees conditionally released in the Sudbury, Kingston, and Peterborough Ontario Parole areas.

Objectives: To provide aftercare psychological services in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada.

Deliverables: The contractor will provide aftercare psychological services to federal parolees conditionally released for the following Parole Areas:
1. North Bay Area-to provide up to 53 hours maximum per year.
2. Kingston Area- to provide up to 235 hours maximum per year.
3. Peterborough Area-to provide up to 335 hrs maximum per year

Expected Delivery Dates:
North Bay Area: April 1 2015 to March 31 2016, with the option to renew annually for up to two (2) additional one year periods.
Kingston Area: July 1 2015 to June 30 2016 with the option to renew annually for up to two (2) additional one year periods.
Peterborough Area: Oct 1 2015 to Sept 30 2016 with the option to renew annually for up to two (2) additional one year periods.
