Description of the requirement:
The resources will be responsible for complex information management and information technology (MM/IT) problem troubleshooting, resolution and escalation as they pertain to the ministry’s global IM/IT infrastructure and its respective software and hardware.
GAC requires Informatics Professional Services of the following categories of personnel in support of IT client services organization:
