This is a re-solicitation of W3027-165020/A, changes have been made to the Statement of Work found in Annex A.
The Department of National Defence requires tailoring services, such as the fitting and measuring of service uniforms for regular and reserve personnel, for the 31 Canadian Brigade Group, located at 701 Oxford Street East, London, Ontario N5Y 4T7. The period of the standing offer is from April 1 2016 to 31 March 2017 inclusive. There is an option to extend the Standing Offer for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods, from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, and 1 April 2018 to March 31 2019 inclusive.
The offeror must provide documentation demonstrating that they meet the following minimum specifications:
1. The Offeror must comply with the requirements of the Statement of Work in Annex A;
2. Offerors must be familiar with the Canadian Armed Forces Dress Manual;
3. Offerors must be familiar with Medal Court Mounting;
4. Offerors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered.
