Tailoring Services
The Department of National Defence (DND), Base Borden, Ontario,
Canadian Forces Support Training Group (CFSTG) Tech Services MSL
Supply, B has a requirement for tailoring services to support
Royal Canadian Armed Forces (RCAF) uniform update. The RCAF will
now wear a new uniform and the existing insignia will have to be
removed and replaced with a new insignia.
All of the work must be completed prior to September 10, 2015.
Mandatory Technical Criteria
The Bidder must demonstrate that they meet all Mandatory
Technical Requirements outlined below.
The Bidder must submit with their bid supporting documentation
that clearly demonstrates that they meet all of the Mandatory
Requirements. Supporting data must describe responsibilities,
duties and relevance to the requirements herein. This may
include résumés (if applicable) and/or any other documentation
necessary to demonstrate the experience and knowledge attained.
Simply repeating the statements contained in the Mandatories is
not sufficient.
M1. The Bidder must demonstrate that it has a minimum of one (1)
year previous experience operating in the tailoring service
industry.
M2. The Bidder must provide one (1) tailor who has a minimum of
five (5) years experience.
M3. The Bidder must provide one (1) tailor who has a Tailoring
Trade Certificate, or equivalent.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
