Laboratory Testing Services

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
Department of National Defence at CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New
Brunswick for laboratory testing services for the period from
April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2015.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. The Contractor's laboratory must be accredited to ISO 17025
(General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and
Calibration Laboratories 2005) by either The Standards Council
of Canada (SCC) or The Canadian Association for Laboratory
Accreditation Inc. (CALA) to perform Breathable Air Test, Mould
Test and Analysis. Proof of accreditation with a copy of the
laboratory's and any sub-contracted laboratories' scopes of
accreditation must be provided with the offer;
2. Contractor must be registered with WorkSafeNB or other
province equivalent. Proof of registration must be provided
with the offer; and
3. Liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars
($2,000,000.00).
This PWGSC office provides procurement service to the public in
both official languages of Canada.
